Founded in 1983, JS FITTINGS is an ASME-standard flange manufacturer based in Yanshan, China -- the pipe fittings capital of the country. With a 35,000 m² production facility and over 100 skilled workers, we produce forged steel flanges for oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, and marine industries worldwide.
From raw material sourcing to final dimensional inspection, every step is controlled in-house to ensure quality, traceability, and on-time delivery.

The Jinsheng Story

1970s -- The Beginning
Cangzhou: China's Pipe Fitting Hometown
As early as the 1970s, Cangzhou was already renowned across China as the "Hometown of Pipe Fittings." Our founder, Mr. Zhang Jinyan, was a major local distributor -- supplying pipe fittings and flanges to China's major shipyards and nuclear power plants. Business was booming, but cracks were beginning to show.

The Core Problem
Orders surged to 200-300 tons per batch -- enormous for the era. Yet purchased products suffered inconsistent quality, chronic delivery delays, dissatisfied customers, and mounting unpaid receivables.
The Decision
"Build Our Own Factory."
To take full control of quality and guarantee delivery timelines, General Manager Zhang made the pivotal decision to establish Jinsheng's own manufacturing facility in 1983.
1983 -- Factory FoundedFrom Distributor to Manufacturer
Backed by government policies supporting SMEs and sheer determination, Jinsheng grew from a small workshop into a local leader in ship flanges -- manufacturing what others couldn't, and taking on orders others walked away from.
Became a leading local supplier for domestic shipyards -- making what others couldn't and accepting orders others refused.

1990s -- Severe Test
Domestic Downturn & the Debt Crisis
In the 1990s, the domestic market declined sharply. Some customers owed more than 10 million RMB in unpaid receivables -- a severe existential test for the factory. Relying entirely on the domestic market was no longer viable.
At the same time, General Manager Mr. Yang and his wife took over the entire company's operations, inheriting both the factory's legacy and its challenges.
The Turning Point
Second Transformation:
Going GlobalFacing an unsustainable domestic market, Jinsheng made a bold pivot: establish a Foreign Trade Department and shift target markets overseas.

To further expand market coverage and better serve clients in diverse time zones, in 2025 we established a branch office in Tianjin, along with overseas offices in Brazil and Mexico -- overcoming time zone barriers for faster, more effective communication.
