By accessing or using the website located at https://www.flangeasme.com (the "Site"), or by placing any order or inquiry with Hebei Jinsheng Pipe Fitting Manufacturing Co., Ltd. ("JS FITTINGS," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you are acting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site or engage in any commercial relationship with JS FITTINGS.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the Site or purchase products from JS FITTINGS, including distributors, engineering contractors, and trading companies.

JS FITTINGS manufactures and supplies ASME-standard forged steel flanges and related industrial pipe fittings. Our product range includes, but is not limited to:

• Weld Neck, Blind, Slip-On, Socket Weld, Threaded, Orifice, Lap Joint, Spectacle, and Flat Flanges
• Pressure classes: Class 150 / 300 / 600 / 900 / 1500 / 2500
• Materials: Carbon steel (A105, A350 LF2), stainless steel (304/304L, 316/316L, 321, 347), and alloy steel (F5, F9, F11, F22, F91)
• Standards: ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47, API 6A, ANSI, DIN, JIS, BS, EN

Product specifications, dimensions, and materials shown on the Site are for reference only. Final specifications are confirmed in writing via official quotation and purchase order acknowledgment.

Quotations. All quotations issued by JS FITTINGS are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Quotations are non-binding until a formal purchase order is accepted by JS FITTINGS in writing.

Order Placement. A binding contract is formed only when JS FITTINGS issues a written Order Acknowledgment confirming acceptance of your purchase order. JS FITTINGS reserves the right to reject any order at its sole discretion, including orders that cannot be fulfilled due to material availability, capacity constraints, or export control regulations.

Order Changes. Any changes to an accepted order must be submitted in writing and are subject to JS FITTINGS' written approval. Changes may result in revised pricing, delivery schedules, or cancellation fees.

Cancellations. Orders for standard products may be cancelled without penalty prior to production commencement. Orders for custom or non-standard products are non-cancellable once production has begun. Cancellation fees may apply to recover material and production costs already incurred.

Currency. All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Price Validity. Quoted prices are subject to change based on fluctuations in raw material costs, energy prices, or exchange rates. JS FITTINGS will notify customers of any material price changes before order confirmation.

Payment Terms. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% due prior to shipment, unless alternative terms are agreed in writing. JS FITTINGS accepts payment by wire transfer (T/T), letter of credit (L/C), and other methods as mutually agreed.

Late Payment. Overdue amounts may be subject to interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower. JS FITTINGS reserves the right to suspend production or withhold shipment for overdue accounts.

Taxes & Duties. All prices are exclusive of any applicable export taxes, import duties, customs fees, VAT, or other governmental charges. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Lead Times. Standard lead time is 15-30 days for the first container, with an additional 10 days for each subsequent container. Lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. JS FITTINGS will not be liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to raw material shortages, port congestion, or force majeure events.

Incoterms. Unless otherwise specified, all shipments are made on FOB Tianjin / Qingdao terms (Incoterms 2020). Risk of loss and title to goods passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier at the named port of shipment.

Shipping Documentation. JS FITTINGS will provide standard export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and Material Test Reports (MTR). Additional documentation (e.g., certificates of origin, third-party inspection reports) may be arranged at the Customer's request and cost.

Partial Shipments. JS FITTINGS reserves the right to make partial shipments. Each partial shipment shall be invoiced and paid for separately.

Quality Standards. All products are manufactured in compliance with applicable ASME, ANSI, API, DIN, JIS, BS, and EN standards as specified in the accepted order. JS FITTINGS operates under ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification.

Material Test Reports. MTRs are provided with every batch, confirming chemical composition, mechanical properties, and heat treatment records. All test data is traceable to the original heat/lot number.

Third-Party Inspection. Customers may arrange third-party inspection at JS FITTINGS' facility at their own cost. Inspection must be scheduled in advance and conducted prior to shipment. JS FITTINGS will cooperate fully with approved inspection agencies.

Acceptance. Products are deemed accepted if no written notice of non-conformance is received by JS FITTINGS within 30 days of delivery to the Customer's nominated port or warehouse.

Limited Warranty. JS FITTINGS warrants that all products supplied will conform to the agreed specifications and be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment, subject to proper storage, handling, installation, and use in accordance with applicable standards.

Warranty Exclusions. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from: (a) improper installation or use; (b) modification or repair by parties other than JS FITTINGS; (c) normal wear and tear; (d) corrosion or damage caused by incompatible media or environmental conditions; (e) failure to follow applicable standards or engineering specifications.

Warranty Claims. To initiate a warranty claim, the Customer must provide written notice to JS FITTINGS within the warranty period, including a description of the alleged defect, photographic evidence, MTR reference, and order details. JS FITTINGS will investigate and respond within 10 business days.

Remedies. Upon confirmation of a valid warranty claim, JS FITTINGS' sole obligation shall be, at its discretion, to repair or replace the non-conforming products, or issue a credit note. JS FITTINGS shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect losses arising from product non-conformance.

Returns. Products may not be returned without prior written authorization from JS FITTINGS. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product photographs, technical drawings, data sheets, and software, is the property of Hebei Jinsheng Pipe Fitting Manufacturing Co., Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Site without the prior written consent of JS FITTINGS, except as follows:

• You may print or download reasonable quantities of pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial reference use.
• You may share links to pages on the Site for legitimate business purposes.

Customer drawings, specifications, and technical documents submitted to JS FITTINGS for the purpose of obtaining a quotation or placing an order will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the Customer's consent.

In no event shall JS FITTINGS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of data, plant shutdown, or third-party claims, even if JS FITTINGS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

JS FITTINGS shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, government actions, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, port closures, or transportation disruptions ("Force Majeure"). JS FITTINGS will notify the Customer promptly of any Force Majeure event and will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.

Governing Law. These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Negotiation. In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of written notice of the dispute.

Arbitration. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in accordance with its rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Chinese, and the seat of arbitration shall be Beijing, China. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Injunctive Relief. Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

JS FITTINGS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Site or submission of an inquiry or purchase order after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Site and contact us to discuss any outstanding commercial arrangements.

For significant changes that materially affect existing commercial agreements, JS FITTINGS will endeavor to provide at least 30 days' advance written notice to affected customers.
